Loop the heavy duty polyester straps through Built-in tie-down slots in your elite Cooler or through the handles, either way, it will not interfere with lid operation. Two heavy cast stainless-steel deck plates with self-tapping stainless steel screws and two heavy-duty polyester straps are included.
